ek samaj kafir hogaya lekin is samaj me adl o insaf payajata ho us
samaj ki baqa mumkin hosakti hai lekin agar farz kare ke ek momin
samaj ho lekin us me zulm o sitam rawa ho to uski baqa nahi hosakti hai.

wo fardi ya shaqsi islah o fasad hai .chu ke muashira afrad aqlaqi behran
ke fardi lihaz se aqlaqiyat ka is me bada amal daqal hai.jis muasherey ke
afraad aqlaqi behran ke shikar na ho to wo muashira qabil baqa hosakta hai.
Jis muashire ke afrad ko asaaish zindagi, ayyashi or lazzat parasti ki lat
padi ho or shehwat parasti ke khukar hochuke ho or jis muashire me rishwat
ki adat padi ho esa muashira fasid muashirey me tabdeek hojae ga.
